Blackheads, cysts, other acne?

I have had mild acne flare-ups for 2 years or so, but my blackheads around my nose and chin have been very bad lately. For blackheads, i have tried everything- exfoliating, biore face strips, pro-activ, warm washcloth, neutrogena wave, clean and clear blackhead eraser, and differin. i also have tried using a tool but it hurts and they come back. what should i do to get them permanently gone??

i have other acne on my chin, along with one cystic pimple that just came up. i have no idea what to do with it... it just will not go away. and it hurts too.

i also have a little acne on my back... what can i do about that?

answers appreciated! thank you in advance!
Right now, my skin care regimen is washing my face with the neutrogena wave, using witch hazel as a toner, and putting on oil-free spf 15 lotion. what should i change?

  1. Wash your face daily with a non-drying soap like maybe Dove or similar. Use witch hazel to help remove excess oils, and tones and cools the skin without drying like most products will. Then try mixing a few drops of real tea tree oil with some aloe vera. If you can, use a small jar (baby food jar perhaps) and put about 2-3 tablespoons and about 10 drops of tea tree oil. The oil is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial. Sometimes it may tend to feel irritating, which is why I suggest the aloe vera. I had the aggravating acne to pop up and tried using this and it definitely helped. It even helps to heal the scars from the previous bouts of acne. You should begin to notice a difference in a week or two. I hope it works for you as well.

  2. stop using those items! they have alcohol in them and when you go into the sun it irritates the acne. use soap and water 2 times a day, and if you must use the other stuff, put a sunscreen over it
