Bad Skin Problem?

I eat healthier than most people my age- and exercise regularly, I won't say I have bad skin, I have sensitive skin.
I hate my acne(and scars). Ive tried a lot of treatments and stick with those that work.I still get zits though. I think the problem is that I don't like drinking water.I don't like the taste of no taste.=]
Are there any substitutes to drinking water- like vitamin water?
Also what are good ways to get rid of acne?(home remedies, products?)

  1. Try these home remedies for acne:

•Use aloe vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer).

•Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.

•Rub garlic on and around pimples.

  2. About the water.

I was like that to im 15

i hated water so one day my dad betted me £150 to drink water for 1 week nothing els so i did then i got use to it ts not bad…

  3. Yes, its to do with the water. Your body needs the water to flush out toxins. If you are not drinking enough water then it starts to show first thru your complextion.

As for drinking more. Try some lemon! Just get a fresh lemon and squeeze it into a glass/bottle. It gives it that extra bit of flavor, plus the lemon speeds up the metabolism…and that cant hurt anyone.

For the acne. I have sensitive skin as well. If I eat a bunch of junk food, it shows within hours on my face. The best soap Ive found is in a blue box at walmart called PURPOSE. It works great! Just make sure you wash your face morning, night, and if your doing something to get sweaty wash it again asap. Also, dont touch your face unless your washing it. The oils on your hands can cause break outs to become worse.
