1.Baking soda can be used as a great scrub. To start off, you’ll want to mix a small amount of baking soda with some water for form a paste. Gently massage the paste into your skin for ten to fifteen seconds. Then rinse the baking soda off, and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
2.Lemon or lime juice can also be substituted for vinegar. Both of these juices are rich in citric acid, and can exfoliate your skin very well, halting the growth of acne spots, as well as fading previous, non-active acne quicker.
3.Crack an egg, removing the yolk so that just the egg whites are left behind. Beat these egg whites, and apply them directly to your face. Let it sit for fifteen minutes, and then rinse the egg off.
4.Aloe Vera has been used for many years in kitchens for topical application to burns. Another benefit of aloe is that it can prevent scaring, fade marks and help heal acne spots.
5.Each time you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks, to rid yourself of acne.
6.Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day.
7.Apply crushed marigold leaves on acne.
8.Boil and mash plums to get 8 teaspoons of pulp. Add a teaspoon of almond oil, and apply on the face.
9.Make a paste of turmeric powder, and apply evenly on the acne.
10.Mix together neem leaves paste, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, sandalwood paste and gram flour. Apply on the acne and let it dry well before rinsing.

You may want to think more natural, as in hormones. This happened to me after having a porcelain complexion for years. My hormones had changed and I needed to take supplements. I also find a little sunshine helps "seal" your pores and make it harder for breakouts to happen. Hope this helps!
I go to the drugstore and buy whatever product they have on their shelves that contains "2.5% benzoil peroxide."
It completely clears up all my acne, like overnight! But it does dry up your skin so you need to moisturize with one of those fragrance-free lotions that are very, very clean – but you can get those cheap too.
"2.5% benzoil peroxide" is what Pro-active uses in their products. That’s why it really does clear up acne, and fast. But Pro-active is expensive and very time consuming. You can usually find the same formula in just one container at your drugstore. I’m using a brand called "Pan-Oxyl" right now. I’ve hear "Nutrogena" has an acne gel with this stuff in it too.
Just hit the drugstore and read the ingredients.
You’re really looking for 2.5%. For some reason the 5% ones don’t work as well. So less is more!
It should cost less than ten bucks, and I absolutely guarantee you’ll get instant results. I don’t know why dermatologists aren’t prescribing this stuff. But all I do is dab that gel on my face, wait till it dries, and then slap some kind of moisturizer on top so my skin doesn’t crack up like the desert. It’s really easy and fast.
I agree with the answerer above about the 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. That is what Proactiv contains and it worked for me when I suddenly got acne at age 24. The 3-step is not necessary, it’s the renewing lotion that contains the 2.5% and that’s all you need. But it’s expensive and I don’t know if they even sell it seperately, so go to the drugstore and look for another brand.
Check out what’s happening internally first. It could be contraceptive pill. There is a contraceptive pill they recommend for acne prone skin called Diane-35 and you’ll see results in a couple of weeks.
