Valery !
Below are presented a couple of things you need to do as a part of acne pimples home remedy treatment:
* Gently apply fresh limejuice on pimples and blackheads.
* Dab the mixture made by combining 1 tsp fresh coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder on the pimples, while going to bed in the night and wash it off when you wake up the next morning.
* Take a few fresh curry leaves and make a paste. Apply the paste on the acne-affected area and keep it overnight and wash it off with warm water the next morning.
* Apply the paste made of nutmeg (Jaiphal) and raw milk on acne and wash it off after 20 minutes. Do it for about 10-12 days and see the magical effects.
* Take some fresh fenugreek leaves and make a paste to apply on the acne pimples overnight.
* For people with oily skin, the perfect home remedy is to apply a paste made by mixing sandalwood and few drops of rosewater on the acne affected area for about an hour and then wash off gently.
* For dry skin, the best remedy is to take a piece of sandalwood and rub it on a smooth stone and make a paste using a few drops of raw milk. Apply the mixture on the acne and keep it for an hour and thereafter gently wash with water.

Keeping it clean is the first step, keep with it.
I know you don’t want to go to the doctor, but visiting a dermatologist should clear you up almost immediately. They can prescribe mild antibiotics and topical medications that will oust your acne vexation.

It’s probably just because your going through puberty, but some people get acne on and off theyre whole lives.
why don’t you want to go to the doctors? It’s honestly not embarassing they see people with far worse problems every day, and they can give you a roll on lotion to use that gets rid of your spots in a day or two. I know because my mum went to her doctor a few months ago with exactly the same problem.
Just make an appointment, itl sort out all your problems :)

It will go away dont worry. use neutrogena cleanser and scrub, it really works the best. it did for me.

theres a really good body soap called phisoderm, but i haven’t been able to find it lately, so i’m not sure if they discontinued it or what. but i’ve switched to neutrogena body soap (not the scrub, bc the soap has better effect on your actual acne) and its working really well too. my body acne is pretty much gone now bc i went to the dermo and they gave me an antibiotic called doxycycline (low dose, but enough) and it cleared up in a month or so. plus since its an antibiotic, i don’t get sick as often either. it works againest many other diseases.
more stuff that you can do.
-don’t wear tight clothes. obviously you’ve prolly heard this before, so sleep in cami’s or oversized shirts or something.
- regular backpacks give you acne on your shoulders. they rub up on your skin and it causes irration and its like wearng super thick super tight clothes. carry a messenger bag instead.
-go in the sun with your shoulders showing when you can. the sun actually does get rid of your acne, don’t listen to what people say about that. and don’t worry about skin cancer. seirously that stuff is bull, you have to be in the sun everyday without sunscreen for at least 30 minutes, which will clear up your skin more than you’d think.
-drink tons and tons of water. it flushes out your system and keeps your skin clearer when working from the inside.
hope this helps :]

i know exactly what you are going through. i have the same thing and things are clearing up for me. i’m using neutrogena body clear body wash when i take a shower.
here’s some other tips that help me:
1. change your loofa in the shower, or use a clean washcloth when you shower
2. change your pillowcase and sheets atleast once a week.
3. be patient. don’t wash too often that will only make matters worse.
4. keep loose fitting clothes. dont layer the tank tops this can be dangerous.
5. drink water! when you wake up and when you go to bed, drink about 2 or 3 bottles of it. it helps the skin become more hydraded and thus, produce less oils from the sebacious glands.
good luck!
