Your back and chest are like your face, they have pores and those pores get clogged.
If you’re a teen or in your 20s, acne is normal, its because your body produces to much oil.
Wash your face, chest and back twice a day, get a toner that has witch hazel in it, you can take this with you to school and during lunch go to the bathroom and use the toner on your back, and chest, if you wear make-up then don’t worry about using it on your face, washing it twice a day will suffice.
If it is affecting your life that much, you can go to a dermatologist for treatment options.

I’ve never had this problem, but it must be due to sweat. Never heard of such a problem. Try antibacterial soap am and pm and deoderant-not that you smell, but if it’s due to sweat, your skin may be sensative and need to be coated with something that will keep the sweat glands from annoying the skin. (I would use a non smelling antiperspirant for your chest and back and probably a clear as apposedc to a solid becouse it would get all over your clothes so just a thin coat like a dab of lotion.Good luck!
