Get your mom or dad to take you to the doctor and get Accutane. It’s a pill that will get rid of acne.

People suffering from mild or moderate body acne, I heartily recommend the Clear Pores System. Hard to treat cases are better left to a dermatologist’s skills, although ClearPores is certainly up to the task.
The best way to treat acne is to cleanse the skin with a solution containing Salicylic Acid and SD Alcohol 40. The ClearPores body and face washes contain these two excellent ingredients, which are accompanied by the well-known Aloe Vera (to soothe the skin and help the healing process), Dandelion Root and Yellow Dock.
See its official site: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=150901
Also…keep your body skin clean every day and be careful not to trigger acne or rashes by wearing very tight clothing or heavy backpacks. If you feel your clothing, backpack or purse is causing you skin problems, then start thinking about alternatives.

The most effective treatment for this type of severe acne is Accutane. Back acne is nearly impossible to treat with topical medications because clothing rubs it off so easily. Also, as soon as you discontinue treatment with a topical medication (or really anything other than Accutane), the acne returns. Accutane provides a long-term remission of acne for most patients. Even those who do experience a return of some acne don’t experience it as severely as before treatment.
Accutane shrinks the oil glands in most patients and reduces sebum output, thereby reducing the level of acne. Antibiotics might help you some, but they would probably not be the first choice of therapy if you went to a dermatologist for treatment. Nothing over-the-counter is designed (or approved) for treatment of serious acne. Over-the-counter remedies are intended only for mild-to-moderate acne. As someone who had back acne, Accutane is nothing less than a miracle treatment for breakouts on the back. Even if you don’t have insurance, the amount of money that would end up spending on other treatments over time would end up costing you more than one course of Accutane therapy.
So called "herbal" or "natural" therapies might be helpful for some who have the isolated pimple, but they are not effective for such widespread acne. I have fought acne for nearly 20 years. Beware of people who seem to be trying to sell you something or scare you away from something they’ve never tried themselves.
Good luck — and email me directly here through Yahoo if you’d like.

First of all, no one has flawless skin. Some people have it better than others, but thats just genes and stuff. Go to http://www.freewebs .com/reelbeauty11 for skin and beauty tips. I know its for young girls, but it works for anyone!
I know some people who have tried ProActive and it worked, but I also know some others who have tried it and it made it worse :( I know some who have put rubbing alchol on their skin or peroxcide to dry up the pimples. It also kills bacteria :) . Also, try going to a dermotoligist, or ask your regular doctor. Often times the regular doctor, who knows more about your med. history and whatnot can help you more than a dermatologist.
are you a vegetarian? That might have something to do with it. Its worth checking into.
Try dabbing toothpaste or honey on your zits before you go to bed – works wonders.
Overall, remember that beauty counts more on the inside than on the outside, and your true friends will love you for you, and not your skin.
Oh, and try a different kind of foundation, if you wear it. Try to use a kind with lots of water in it. It looks great and doesn’t clog pores half as bad. And check your habits – do you prop your chin up a lot with your hands? That might cause the acne as well. Look for the cause, as well as the cure.

I suggest you stay well away from the drugs and try natural treatements.
Kefir a natural, God given, pro-biotic to fix skin problems and many many more ailments http://www.kefir.org/kefir_manual.htm. For very detailed information visit http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html You could call it natures Roaccutine. A testimonial http://messageboards.makemeheal.com/viewtopic.php?p=501016 I’d also visit this persons youtube videos on acne http://www.youtube.com/user/highonhealth In my humble opinion Kefir is the best though. Make sure you look for the authentic Caucasian Kefir culture grain, which multiply in milk, for best results, and not the commercial "Kefir" which don’t multiply because they have been manipulated . From Barry Hilton who has been using Kefir for many years. Acne and Excema Treatment: Drink half a litre daily; moreover, rub some (36/48 hrs fermentated Kefir Cultured Milk) into the affected areas. LEAVE CRUST (which forms) dry and do not remove at night. Clean off the following morning. Even some cases of severe excema heals after 4 days and you will be amazed how quickly it will treat Acne. (18/24 hrs fermented Kefir Culture Milk).
If you can’t get your Kefir right away try this: Some people have had success with this combo, they mix some Baking Soda with a little water to make it flow and rub it gently over the affected area, they leave it on for about 3 minutes (some people leave it on up to an hour) before they wash it off with water. Then they get one tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar in half a glass of water and rub that over the affected area with a cotton bud, then they finish by applying some Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
