Apple Cider Vinegar, for acne?

So i heard using an organic apple cider vinegar is a great way to rid someone of acne. i have blackheads mostly on my nose & small pimples on my nose, chin or forhead. but sometimes i get these huge haard, painful nasty ones on my nose that take forever to go away! anyway, ive tried max clarity, proactiv all that & none of it worked. so if i were to try this, what products would you suggest I use with it? or just use it as a toner itself? also what brand should i buy? how many times a day should i use it and do i leave it on? if you have used acv that would be so much more helpful but im hoping for answers quick. thanks guyss(: --Alexa. 1. I’ve heard from hundreds of people who swear that apple cider vinegar (or cider vinegar – same thing) does wonders for their skin, even if they don’t have an acne problem. The ACV tonic (one teaspoon to one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water) can be taken up to three times a day with meals and will improve your nutrition, hydration, and the processing of all those excess oils in your body that result in acne. A diluted ACV wash can also be great for the skin. Try it as a once a day wash, fifty/fifty with water, to restore your skin to the acidic condition your skin prefers and kill off acne-causing bacteria.

For external use, cheaper generic apple cider vinegar might be okay, but "organic" or unpasteurized apple cider vinegar is critical for the best internal use. Good luck!

  2. I used it to get rid of warts on my hands, worst that can happen is you smell like vinegar.

  3. If you want to walk around smalling like a dill pickle go ahead. Vinegar is an acid so I wouldn’t put it on my skin, it might be irritating to it. Especially the open sores. Why don’t you try soap and water and some type of over the counter lotion for your face.
