Anyone have a GOOD home remedy for blackheads?
I guess they are pretty bad. I want them to go away before the end of august. I wash my face very day and use noxema acne pads on them. Any help is appreciated ALOT.
ok, ok. I guess not all of them will go away. How about remedies/meds to get rid of some of the worst blackheads? I know I'm not supposed to pick at them, but it seems squeezing them gets rid of the worst ones. Oi, help me!

In order to make the ordeal of blackhead removal as painless s possible, you need to prepare your skin. Tomato is a great astringent and helps blackhead removal. Pulp it with oatmeal or just lay a slice on the offending area.
Wash your face with a natural soap. Exfoliate with agents scrub and pat dry.
And let the battle commence! Use a tissue over each of your fingernails to prevent slipping which can tear the skin, and also prevents infection.
Apply soft pressure to either side of the blackhead, pressing up and down.

No matter how hard you try you will never get rid of all of them so you might as well not worry about it.

I would get some toilet paper and rubbing alcohol and rub it all over your face……call me crazy, but I have the clearest face of anyone I know!

A exfoliating cleanser will help remove them.In the future to help prevent blackheads, you must scrub you face every day, the best method for oily skin.( oil produces most blackheads).wash your face well, with warm water for at least 30 seconds of scrubbing with your fingers.rinse well with warm water, after rinsing, splash cold water as a finish, the cold water rinse closes the pores.

Keep your face clean. Wash your face whenever you feel it is getting oily.
Wash your face with a gentle water-soluble cleanser.
Apply a clay mask that does not contain ingredients such as mint or peppermint. It will absorb excess oil from the skin surface. If you have dry skin, use oil-absorbing papers to clean the face.
Apply exfoliant or a scrub that will help remove dead skin from your face.
Take hot steam on your face to soften the blackheads for easy removal.
Use appropriate make-up. Consult your dermatologist, who will recommend suitable creams for your skin type.
Visit your dermatologist. Ask about vitamin supplements for healthy skin. Vitamin A will keep the oil flowing uniformly and won’t clog your pores. Tretinoin and Adapalene are common retinoids for skin treatments.
