Any home remedies for chest acne?

I have acne on my chest. its not that bad all the time, just really bad before my period, but its still there all the time. i went to my dermatologist and he gave me antibiodics for 2 weeks and at first it got worst, then better, now its back to normal. im on birth control but it looks better when im on the pill instead of off it. is there any home remedies that works? my friend suggested witch hazel and vinegar which helped some but not enought
