Acne whitehead desperate need of help?
I am going to rite aid to buy some over the counter acne treatments for my acne. I have extremely sensitive skin, and have already tried proactiv and prescription medication which made it worse. I haven't had any abbrfor quite a while and just broke with whiteheads that wont go away! So is there anyone out there who can tell me what product(s) to buy that will make em' go away ?

you have to pick one & stick w/ it. You are drying out your skin using all the products (I’m guessing your not using these products for long enough either) so you will break out more since your skin is making even more oil to balance out the dryness. Proactive is crap. Go to the derm, or get on birth control if your old enough. I use neutrogena w/ salicylic acid, & at night olaY regenerist cleanser. Also try fish oil pills (put them in the freezer so you don’t taste fish later on) it helps w/ inflammation . It also makes your hair & nails look healthy, not to mention heart) Get a moisturizer too w/ spf 15 at least. Moisurizer is very important. I know 1st hand how frustrating it can be. I wouldn’t leave the house mine was THAT bad

Maybe your over drying your skin?
The same thing happend to me then i took a break off the medication and before you knew it my face cleared up.

acne depends on the intake of food into your body. completely stop eating oily and greasy foods like chips and fries. wash your face with regular antibacterial soap throughout the day. also avoid touching your face with you hands. ofen bacteria is on your hands
