Acne treatment on at day/night?

This is how I treat my unresolved ACNE on my face:

- Use Neutrogena facial bar when I get up in the morning, at lunch, and before I go to sleep.
- I use Clean and Clear's Advantage Spot Treatment right after I wash my face with the face bar in the morning and at lunch.
- I use Walgreen's Bezoil Peroxoid gel after I use the facial bar on my face before I go to sleep.

O I use 2 creams and one facial bar all at different times. My question is, am I doing it right? At lunch and at night when I rinse my face, my face is greasy before I reapply the treatment. It's sorta hard to sleep at night because I prefer to sleep sideways with a part of my face on the pillow but I don't want to get the Benzoil Peroxide gel wiped off.

I've been doing this routine for about a week now.

  1. Acne

    Also called: Pimples, Zits
Acne is a common skin disease that causes pimples. Pimples form when hair follicles under your skin clog up. Most pimples form on the face, neck, back, chest and shoulders. Anyone can get acne, but it is common in teenagers and young adults. It is not serious, but it can cause scars.

No one knows exactly what causes acne. Hormone changes, such as those during the teenage years and pregnancy, probably play a role. There are many myths about what causes acne. Chocolate and greasy foods are often blamed, but there is little evidence that foods have much effect on acne in most people. Another common myth is that dirty skin causes acne; however, blackheads and pimples are not caused by dirt. Stress doesn’t cause acne, but stress can make it worse.

    If you have acne

    Clean your skin gently
Try not to touch your skin
    Avoid the sun
Treatments for acne include medicines and creams.
