Acne remedy overnight?



I was wondering if there is any homemade remedy that will make my acne disappear, or at least visibly reduce it, overnight. I don't have time to go to the store and buy a treatment, but I'm going to a party tomorrow and I don't want anyone to see my zits. Is there any home remedy i could use that works really fast?!

    i have heard that putting a small bit of toothpaste on the spot and sleeping with it like that works

    i tried it and my spot did clear much quicker but wasnt entirely gone in the morning
