Acne Question?? Please it's really bad.?

Hey, you have all probably heard this question a thousand times. But i have horrible acne. I have blackheads and pimples in almost every pore on my face. My mom says I have depression from my acne, but i don't believe her. Here's my case: I have oily skin, blackheads are mainly on my nose and chin, pimples are a little above my eyes and in between my eyes. Although i am a very social person i don't go and do a lot of public school things anymore. I'm thirteen and my mom and step-dad just got laid off. We're now short on cash and my mom can't afford to take me to a dermatologist. I promise i've use pretty much every acne eraser at the store. My results so far: NOTHING! Help me please. Please.

  1. Don’t worry, I had horrible Acne as well. I use an exfoliating face wash; you can use anything that exfoliates, whether it is by clean and clear, neutrogena, etc. I wet my face then I apply the exfolitaing wash on a wash rag and rub it in a circular motion for about two minutes. Then, I rinse and pat dry with a clean towel. Next, I use a toner. My favorite is Alba’s Hawiian Hibiscus Toner, which is about $13 (Wanna know a secret? I buy it off ebay for cheaper!). I then apply a Vitamin C Serum by Avalon Organics (you can also buy this off of ebay for cheaper). Then I use Purpose Redness Redness Reducing Lotion, which helps even out my skin tone, while it contains an SPF of 30, so I am always protected from the sun. Do this procedure twice daily. My dermatologist told me to wash my face three times daily, and four times if I workout (once in the morning, once in the afternoon, once after I workout, and once at night, but he said to only use the face wash before and after workouts, so I only have to use the face wash, toner, Vitamin C Serum, and moisturizer in the morning and night. I also take a Vitamin A supplement, which helps quite a bit. Twice a week I use a clay mask that is really cheap. I like Freeman’s Clay Mask with Avacado and Oatmeal, which only costs $3.50 for a good sized tube that lasts like five months! At night if you want to, you can use a night cream that contains a retinol instead of using your daily moisturizer; the retinol is an ingredient in ani-aging products, that cures acne! You can try RoC RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Night Cream. Every single product can be bought at a drugstore, but I recommend ebay! Also, don’t use foundation, because it only makes it worse. If you have to use anything, use Neutrogena’s Skin Clearing Concealer, which contains salicylic acid that fights acne causing bacteria.

    Hope this helps!

  2. no choclate thats one main cause and just rinse your face in WARM water wash with soap rinse with WARM water and then close the porse by rinsing with freezing cold water.

  3. try Proactive

  4. There are some very easy ways to clear up your acne from home. I had very bad acne too, about the same conditions as yours. Remember that everyone’s face is different and it may take some time to find the right remedies. Here is a simple plan using things around the house:

    Morning

    1. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes over a sink/bowl with a towel draped over your head. This helps open pores.

    2. Exfoliate with baking soda and water paste. Use equal parts. Scrub in circles. Let sit for a minute. Then rinse off. Helps remove dead skin cells and baking soda reduces appearance of acne.

    3. Apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball. It controls oil and reduces red marks and evens your skin tone. This is one of the most recommended remedies.

    4. Apply hydrogen peroxide with a cotton ball after the vinegar dries. It kills bacteria from the inside out. For some people, this works better than anything they have ever tried.

    5. Moisturize. Buy a oil free moisturizer, preferably meant for acne. I use clean and clear. You can’t make your own of this.

    Evening

    1. Steam face as in morning. This can be done in the shower either or both times.

    2. Cleanse your face with an acne cleanser. I use Clearasil, but you can use any. Clean and Clear tends to work just as well, but its cheaper.

    3. Apply apple cider vinegar.

    4. At night pick one: hydrogen peroxide used as a toner or a benzoyl peroxide creme. Immediately apply a cold pack wrapped in cloth. This helps get deep penetration.

    5. (Optional) Apply an essential oil, only a tiny amount! to the skin. You can use emu, coconut, jojoba, grape seed, or lavender.

    6. Apply a salicylic acid treatment to leave on overnight. This can be made with crushed aspirin tablets combined with water to make a paste. Apply only on spot. This would include large pimples.

Every week, use a mask. There are manyyyyy recipies online for this, so search. Rotate the one you use for maximum effect. If you find one you love, use it every other week. Or, you can buy one at the drugstore.

Extra- Use a oil cleansing method. (I know, your face is so oily, why apply oil?) It really helps bring out toxins from the skin with repeated treatment. Use a quarter sized amount of olive oil (also helps remove scars) and massage into skin for 5 minutes. Rinse well. Then steam your face as above. Rinse again. Steam again, the rinse again. This can be done about twice a month. After each treatment, you will notice that your skin is very oily. More than normal. This means it’s working! All of that extra is all of the toxins in your skin. Amazing!

The most important think to remember is to be consistent. If you really care about your face, you will do it every morning and night. Also, try drinking lots of water and taking a vitamin A supplement. Do not touch your face! Pull your hair back at night. Never pick at or pop pimples. Change your pillow case very often, and clean your cell phone or anything else that touches your face with antibacterial wipes every day. You won’t see results right away, I sure didn’t! But keep at it, it will pay off!
