Spots are an acid, so what do you have to do to an acid to neutralize it? Add an alkali.
Whats an alkali that ALL house holds have?
Toothpaste!
Over each stop, dab a bit of toothpaste over it, not a tiny bit so you can hardly see, so it covers the whole spot and all you can see is toothpaste, do this at night, wait for it to dry (at the most this will be 5 minutes) and then sleep.
It will take at the most 2 days for you spot to go, it depends how much toothpaste you put on, but by the next morning, it will be hardly visible!
Hope it helped!

Try cold cream, like Noxzema. If you research it, acne is sometimes caused by clogged pores. You can use witch hazel, too. Just be careful you don’t dry out your skin. Which shouldn’t be a problem if your acne is that bad. Keep in mind your body chemistry is changing, too. So any acne could very well dissappear soon. Think of it like your a caterpillar and now your beginning to transform into your butterfly stage! Hang in there, kid. Better times are ahead!

I’m 17, and I haven’t had a pimple in two years.
When I was 13, my face was terribly broken out all the time….around my mouth and on my forehead and especially around my eyebrows, too. But my mom bought me Pro-Active, and I had clear skin the next day. It took it a little while for it to completely clear up my skin, but it’s amazing.
I know it’s expensive, but IT’S WORTH IT.
I’m always complemented on how clear my face is.

Tip #1: Take a shower, after every long workout you do, or when you come in from a hard days work, you should immediately take a shower. Sweat can cause spots, as sweat contains grease.
Tip #2: For acne that is out of reach, like hard to reach places on your back. You should use an exfoliating shower gel, and use a loofah to gently scrub the infected areas.
Tip #3: Use an 5% to 10% benzoyl peroxide cream, your skin on your body can accept this cream, but it’s too strong to be used on your face. You can use this to dry out pimples on your body. And then use an alpha hydroxyl acid to exfoliate and combat any dryness.
