acne on chest and back ?
I have a bit of acne in the center of my chest and a bit more right below my shoulders(which seems to be slowly increasing) but after showers there's more of it and it looks worse. It disappears relatively quick but still. Why does this happen and how can i get rid of it on my chest and or back
I'm 17, almost 18, I've never had problems with back acne until this year, which is also the year i've started to work out a lot, i have really short hair which i wash all the time so thats not really a problem, i do take very hot showers. i have proactive but thats just for face stuff, cause i can't see/effectively reach my back right below the shoulders

The hot water might make it more red and apparent. Use an exfoliating acne wash like Proactiv, or see a dermatologist. Make sure to always wear a clean shirt and change it quickly if you get sweaty working out

How old are you? If your still relatively young you may be growing hair or going through some hormonal adjustment. When I break out there, I usually start tanning and it clears it up for me. You may invest in some acne medicines. If the over the counter drugs don’t work see a dermatologist.
If you’re older I suggest you see a dermatologist.

You don’t say how old you are, but hormones play a large part in chest/back acne. Short of going to a dermatologist, your best bests are to wash yourself in the shower with quite warm water (to melt the waxy sebum that clogs pores) and a fresh washcloth with antibacterial soap (such as dial liquid). I would do this morning and night. Do not pick or scrub the acne too hard or this will result in scars. Wash your clothing and bedding frequently (daily). Keep your hair off your neck and back and wash it daily too, as well as limiting the "product" that you put into your hair. Keep your chest and back scrupulously clean and dry and you should see results within days.
But, you must also watch your diet. Stay clear of fatty and spicy foods and alcohol (which seem to aggravate acne in some people). Eat well, sleep well, exercise, and try to limit stress (if you can). Good luck!
