Acne coming back weeks after finishing Isotretinoin treatment : / Please help?

I took minocycline for 3 months then isotretinoin for 5 months at 40mg a day, to get rid of my VERY bad acne.
At the end of the treatment I had virtually no spots at all.
As soon as I finished I started washing with cidal soap every morning and benzoyl peroxide every night, so the nasties wouldn't come back. Unfortunately about 2 weeks after stopping treatment, despite my cleaning efforts I've started to get breakouts for the last 2 weeks. (I've been off for a monthish now). I hope this wasn't some how triggered by using benzoyl peroxide when I had no spots :S? It is no where near as bad as before I started treatment. Spots are smaller and less juicy but still quite a few. The benzoyl has made my skin dry too. I don't want it to get any worse. I even stopped drinking milk and coffee and started drinking green tea and reducing alcohol intake. (I heard these don't help?) I don't want to have to take more isotretinoin, but I might have to?

Any advice on what to do would be great

Thanks
Oh yes and I've had my A level exams the last couple of weeks. I've heard this stress won't help. Could this be a large contributing factor?

  1. Medicines’ effect only completed with other disciplines in personal habits. Without these changes nothing happens than a temporary phase of acne free skin. You need to follow other hygiene programs as well.
There are really a LOT of comments and solutions. The easiest ones are:
1- wash your face regularly, but not with a strong soap.
2- change your beds sheet and your pillow’s cover regularly.
3- if you have rashes on your back, or your elbows, cure theme first and remember not to srab theme as an unconscious habit.
4- Avoid eating too much sugar, candies, oily products, french fries, chocolate…
5- protect your sensitive and damaged skin from sunlight, but do not use oily sunscreens. Use other types that have non-oily based.
5- Try to understand that acne is completely USUAL and NATURAL. if you don’t, you just give yourself lots of stress which will certainly worsen your acne!

  2. Do you drink enough water? Water helps a lot. Ok reduce your benzoyl peroxide dosage, for your cases it must be hormonal imbalance. 2 choices for you

–> Use skin friendly acne products like pores cleanser
–>Use inside out treatment(more recommended as you can tackle acne problem from root)
