Acne care on a Budget [tea tree oil?]?

K, im 17 and yea the ugly acne. I dont have it heavily, i just get it around.. that time of the month.
Anywho, ive also got some acne scars from in my younger years picking. BAD IDEA. dont pick D:
So. what can i use?
I know about the aspirin mask, which i love<3 its so easy and natural..ish?
I also use Oxy daily face wash, and Biore warming anti-blackhead cream cleanser.
I prefer acne solutions that i can make here at home, considering i have no job and cash is severely tight.
Ive been told NOT to do toothpaste?
Also, and ways to get blackheads gone would be nice too.
School starts soon and i dont want scars and acne.
Please and a big big big big thank you<3.

  1. This is a tough one because what works for one DOES NOT work for another…. i can only give you MY personal experience with acne. First off i advice ONLY using something with salycalic acid… <i think thats spelled right> Because the other types tend to have more reactions with people. Second.. i advice NOT getting one that has a moisturizer in it.. since you are needing to DRY UP your acne. Ive suffered with acne around taht time of the month for YEARS…. even went and say a dermotologist about it and got on perscription creams…well NOTHING and i mean NOTHING has worked as well as Neutrogena visably even face wash http://www.neutrogena.com/econsumer/ntg/productdetail.browse?segment=women&catId=1&subCatId=3&productId=252&target=/products/face/visibly-even-foaming-cleanser-.jsp I dont know WHY lol.. but it clears my face up really fast.. and keeps it clear! its only about $6 at any drugstore like walgreens. I have VERY sensitve skin and allergic to everything.. but it is the one and ONLY face wash that doesnt break my face out worse and actually clears it.. Plus it makes your face an even tone after a couple weeks of use. So perhaps try that? But really EVERYONE is different.

  2. this might sound strange but I have been doing it for years!

Lava soap (like the pumice stuff your dad has in the garage for removing grease) works wonders on Acne!

The pumice not only gently exfoliates, but helps dry the natural oils from the zits… and a bar of lava soap is literally less than two dollars and will last for months!

Just gently work the soap directly (with out a was cloth) into the problem areas then rinse…

it’s natural and chemical free and best of all it works!

    hope this helps!

    Cheers

  3. Tea tree oil is in a bunch of natural stuff, just make sure to dilute it a little with olive oil… Nature’s Cure works on drying out individual zits, especially white heads or deep ones.

I have major blackhead issues on my nose. I haven’t found anything that works other than manually removing them with a needle. What I do is place the side flat against my nose and press hard while moving it towards the tip of my nose, and it presses a bunch out really quickly, or leaves the trickier ones half out and easier to grab with tweezers. The only thing with this though is that it’s addicting and it can make your skin peel at first. I recommend doing this after a shower, so everything’s softer. You can be pretty thorough with this by bending your nose to the side.

    I hope I helped!
