   When you wash your hair do you wash before or after you wash your body. The reason I ask is because most the most common cause of bacne is caused by conditioner siting on your back and not being washed properly. First I would recommend you exfoliate your back once a week with a loofah and investing in a salicylic acid body wash murad make one for 39.90 at sephora.com you can also find a much cheaper one from neutrogena at any store, and a true low budget alternative is a plain bar of ivory it is used on babies and will be gentle enough for you, only use these on your back, it will dry out the rest of your skin. Follow that up with a good moisturizer like curel or luberderm, lotions that contain oatmeal like aveno will work good as well.

   As for your face, I would recommend natural based products, I suffered through acne as well, I have OILY skin, but it is sensitive I tried proactive (that was like putting battery acid on my face), murad, retin-a-micro from a derm, with turned my face so red and made it peel like crazy. I discovered a company called kiehls and started using a tea tree oil toner along with their whole rare earth line and my face never has looked better. This is just my experience though, what works for me might not work for you. I would poke around the internet, do a youtube search for natural acne cures or even see reviews of products. I think youtube is a great source for acne questions you can see people who have the same problem. Another great source is acne.org they have a huge forum and will help you tons!, good luck!

   I love love love love love Morning Burst. It doesn’t clear it up by itself, but it really starts your day off with a fresh cleanse. I definitely recommend it.

   i use skin i.d. its more expensive but seems to work pretty well and as for your blackheads, there is a tool you can buy its like this (follow link)

   1. i dont think so but everyones skin is diff
   2. go to google and type in at home mask and it will give you plenty of at-home remedies that are good for the skin. ive done some and there really great :]
   3. i hear the blackhead eraser(think thats the name) by clean and clear is pretty good
   4. use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball every night before bed. you can even see all the dirt that comes off ur back. really wrks :]
