   Wash your face with water at least 6 times a day & wipe it gently with towel.Have 50 ml Raw milk( Unboiled) Add 1 pinch salt & 5ml Lemon juice to it , use this solution as cleanser to the face skin
   twice a day.
   Have Cucumber juice (KHEERA) + Mint juice (PUDEENA) + Lemon juice + Rose water in equal quantity , Apply it over effected area at bed time & rinse off in the morning .
   Apply orange juice to your face once a day & after drying wash your face.
   Do not take much oily or much spicy food or fast food, avoid taking pickles / IMLI /Amchur / tartaric acid during period days.
   Apply aloevera pulp over your face by rubbing it for 5 minutes on alternate days.Drink green Anwala juice half cup daily till its availability.Do not take non veg preparations for 1 month.Add green leafy vegetables & seasonal fruits to your diet .Have curd & milk in your diet menu.
   Papaya & guava be taken daily after meal to restrict constipation.
   if you observe the advises for 1 month , you will be able to get rid of acne & pimples.

   Nothing worked for me except when i used vichy’s moisturizers. Just use it twice a day in the morning and before you sleep. Use a good cleanser too. Don’t resort to pills!! or other medication

   ProActiv. I’ve tried other similar products that claim to work better than ProActiv but they don’t work. The mask is wonderful. I don’t have back issues but I think there is a body wash available but not 100% on that one.

   I use apple cider vinegar as a toner and a drink. It seems to work really well and it’s natural.

   Also before you use the vinegar toner, exfoliate your face in the shower to help reduce blackheads.
   For your bacne spray vinegar on your back in the shower and it will help clear it up.

   I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

   I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

   I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

   Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

   You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

   <————- Look at my skin. You don’t see any pimples at all! Or acne. That’s because I use:
   Clean & Clear Sensitive Skin!

   -It doesn’t leave a residue!
   -Wont irritate your skin.
   -A promise to keep you pimple and acne free!
   -Will not make skin dry, makes it soft and mousterized.

   You can get it at any store that sells facail washes and stuff like that. Like Walmart is where I got mine. It has a purple pump and the bottle is clear with a slightly yellow wash inside :)
