  1. dont fret about thing too much.
You will fill out with time.
Ensure and other drink like that are good, but becareful what kind of sports drink .
You may want to do a few exercises , to build your weight, and size up , Make it firmer and solid weight.
As forth the black heads and zits and so forth.
Use alcohol wipes at the end of each day. By some face cleanser for the morning and showers. You may also think about changing your hand soap and bath soap. To give your skin a break from the same ones. Use Dove bars of soap or ivory soap. It helps the cleaners work better to varie it once in a while.
Above all do not go into things thinking you don’t have a chance at it, That is emotional sabatage. . Look at it this way. Try out for things, do your best for that moment. ERven if you dont make the team, You at least took a chance where others would want to but are too afraid or shy to try.
If you dont make it this year, Both dont give up , Just watch the team/ squad, and practice what you see to try again next years. Remember practice makes perfect. Keep a positive outlook in life and you’ll go a long way.

  2. Confidence goes a long way! Don’t wear something that hugs you too tight (or is too loose since you are so slender) and wear some concealer. I know it is hard when you do not have much confidence in your looks, but have confidence in what you can do.
    Good luck!

  3. This tip is for acne.Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

  4. im 12 and i suffer from simaliar problems i do a baking soda scrub in the morning in the afternoon i use salt and in the evning i use proactive the whole system and as far as ganing wait im still working on that maybe we can chat email me at gogirlgo1222@yahoo.com

  5. I have had some friends with the similar weight problem….you can try to put on a bit by lifting weights. Use small amounts of weight (probably 5lb or less) and do lots of reps (something like 3 sets of 10, resting between). But the truth is, you are young and your body is going to change so much in the next few years—don’t worry—it will catch up!

The acne—this is one I know about—I took the medications. They do work, so don’t stop taking them. Like everyone else said…just make sure to keep your face clean—the clean and clear is great….you might want to try a toner after washing if you haven’t already…and even though it seems like the opposite thing to do, make sure you always end with a oil-free moisturizer (clean and clear makes a nice one of those too)—but the cleanser and toner will dry your face and your body’s reaction will be to produce oil to stop the drying—using the moisturizer stops that. For the timebeing….try some concealer or one of the new mineral foundations (I think revlon and covergirl make some now)—they are light enough that you don’t feel or look like you are wearing makeup (and something you can probably get your parents to let you wear if you aren’t allowed makeup yet), clean enough that they won’t cause breakouts, and extremely easy to use even if you don’t have any experience.

As for the cheerleading, all I can say is that everyone always told me I was too fat or not pretty enough to be a cheerleader. I made the team all 8 years I tried out and I was captain or MVP (or both) for 5 out of those 8 years. Working hard to be the best you can is the only real way to make the team.

Good luck—I know you can do it!
