bio-oil is new from the UK, and EVERYONE loves it. they remove scars, stretch marks etc.
if youre still developing, yes, blackheads and scne will come back
the best way is to use a benzoyl peroxide cleaner, follwed with toner and moisturizer.

black heads don’t come back once they’re gone but new ones show up keep washing ur face twice a day. Scars fade

blackheads can come back, but they’ll be in different spots. the best product to stop them are Biore Porestrips. (target, walmart, drugstores) they totally help and are awesome. scars will fade, just keep moisturizing, and don’t pick at them.

Blackheads will always re-appear once you get rid of them, its almost impossible to not get them back. If you wash, cleanse, tone and exfoliate twice a day it should help keep them away. Blackheads are basically just trapped oil and dirt in your pores, so by washing your face with hot water then do your facial ritual and then splash your face with cold water it will close your pores back up helping to prevent dirt and oil peing produced.
This will also help prevent acne, spots and blemishes
